He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the American University in Cairo (AUC) and brings extensive experience in business development and corporate leadership across Egypt and the Middle East. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in supporting the establishment and growth of numerous companies, including several startup ventures, contributing to their long-term sustainability and success.
In 2012, he founded Takon Constructions, followed by the establishment of Effective for Trading in 2015 and Shapes Furniture, where he was instrumental in developing strategic business models and building strong operational structures. His leadership has been central to transforming these entities into well-structured, growth-oriented organizations.
In 2021, he expanded his operations into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by establishing a contracting company, where he led and managed multiple projects across the region. He has also overseen projects in major international cities such as Paris, Berlin, and Dubai, reflecting his broad regional and global expertise in project management and the construction sector.
Additionally, he founded Shapes, a furniture manufacturing company focused on delivering high-quality products with a contemporary design approach, leveraging his managerial insight and commercial expertise to create distinctive and market-driven solutions.

Khaled Al-Sunaidi is a systems engineer with over 26 years of experience at Saudi Aramco, where he worked in control systems management for petroleum loading and distribution operations, as well as systems analysis for local sales using SAP platforms.

The Design Department Director at Magarrah Urban Development leads and manages all design operations, playing a pivotal role in defining the company’s architectural and design vision and establishing a clear design identity that reflects its direction and strengthens its market presence.
This role combines administrative leadership with direct technical involvement, overseeing the development of architectural concepts, interior design, and all stages of design progression—from initial concept through detailed design phases. The Director supervises residential, commercial, and administrative projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, innovation, and technical integration.
The Head of Design works in continuous coordination with execution teams, technical offices, and clients to ensure alignment between design vision and execution requirements, delivering optimal project outcomes that support the company’s growth and expansion within the Saudi market and the wider Middle East region.
